Assists with the preparation of design drawings by performing site surveys, fixture calculations, product specifications, and design and layout for roof drains, sanitary lines, gas lines, and water lines. Organizes details of construction drawings and responds to construction administration items as they arise. Conducts quality control checks of construction documents and coordinates with architects and structural, civil, and mechanical engineers.
| EDUCATION |
Minimum required: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture,
or related field.

| EXPERIENCE |
At least 1 year in job offered or in related position as drafter, civil engineering technician
or related occupation preferred.
|
| SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS |
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Windows operating system required. Knowledge/experience with
California construction and city codes preferred. Field construction experience preferred.
